What the bot can do · what your shop controls from the back office · and what it still can't do.
| Intent | What the bot does |
|---|---|
| Asking to see the product list | Sends the product list as swipeable cards (carousel) |
| Asking about one specific product | Matches the product name even when the customer doesn't type it exactly, then sends the card and the details |
| Searching by what they need | “Which sunscreen suits oily skin?” / “A cream under 500” — it understands both descriptive requests and budget limits |
| Asking about brand knowledge or shop policy | Ingredients, how to use, shipping fee, how many days it takes, how to pay, whether you can issue a tax invoice |
| Asking about the shop | Shop name, opening hours, address, contact channels, map |
| Asking to see the cart | Summarises the selected items with the total |
| Asking about order history | Recent orders with their number, status, date and total, plus a cancel button on orders that can still be cancelled |
| Shipment tracking | A vertical timeline: order received → confirmed → shipped → delivered, with the date and time of each step |
| Greetings and small talk | Answers warmly and steers the conversation back to the products |
| Out-of-scope questions | Politely declines and brings things back to the shop |

A vertical timeline following the real steps, with the date and time each one happened — customers check for themselves instead of messaging to ask.
Enter the courier and tracking number separately from changing the order status, because couriers usually issue the tracking number after the shop has already marked the order as shipped · when a new tracking number is entered, the system notifies the customer on LINE automatically, and won't send again if you press save without changing the number.
Used in a browser from a computer or a tablet, with nothing to install · the interface is in Thai by default and also supports English.

Every incoming message is logged with the type of question it was — so you can analyse what customers ask about most and use it when deciding on stock, promotions and admin staffing.
Each shop has its own LINE OA · products, orders, conversations and the knowledge base are kept completely separate, with several layers of protection against cross-shop leakage at the database level, not just in the application.
