Questions about all three products — including a “Limitations” section we don't hide.
Both — Naya People is the company name, and it is also the name of our HCM + ITSM product. The other two products are Naya PMS (a property booking system on LINE) and KuiKeng (an AI chatbot for shops).
Yes. A common example is a resort that uses Naya PMS to take bookings through LINE and Naya People to manage staff (housekeeping shifts and rotating schedules, in-room assets), or a shop that sells with KuiKeng and adds Naya People once it starts hiring full-time staff. We recommend starting with one product and adding others later.
No. Naya People operates entirely online — no storefront and no branches. That lets us support customers quickly anywhere, with no distance constraints. Setup, ongoing support and troubleshooting are all done online.
Real people work Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00. KuiKeng AI replies to chats 24/7, every day including holidays.
All three products do — Naya People fully supports Thai/English across the interface, notification emails and error messages. PMS and KuiKeng detect the language the customer is using and reply in that language automatically, and room/product data can be stored in both languages.
Yes — for Naya PMS, our team connects your LINE Official Account, designs the Rich Menu and configures the initial settings, done within 1 day. For KuiKeng, our team handles the whole installation including loading your data into the knowledge base. You only prepare your product information, and it's ready in 1–3 days.
Yes, no re-keying needed. The system imports data from files for employees, departments and positions, with a column matcher that saves your mapping for reuse (Import Mapping). It also imports time data from your existing scanner, and customer data via upsert on customer code with per-row error reports.
The system is designed multi-tenant: every core data table is tied to a company at the database level, not just filtered in the application. One user can hold multiple roles, and system-level roles are separate from company-specific roles.
Yes, from the interface — no code required. Add, remove and reorder steps, and set conditional rules for which cases use which workflow, based on department, employee list, leave type and amount ranges.
They check in and check out on mobile with GPS location verification. You can define multiple check-in points (office, branch, customer site), each with its own radius. Outside the radius, the check-in fails and the system reports the actual distance against the allowed distance. And when checking in at a customer site, the system uses that customer's grace time instead of the shift's standard value.
The formula the system uses is: balance = entitlement + carry-over − used − pending approval (never below 0). Pending requests are reserved in advance, so employees can't submit beyond their entitlement in the first place. The system supports pro-rating for employees who join mid-year, as well as carry-over across years up to the cap you set.
Every part of the system is deployed with Docker, with both an on-machine stack (docker-compose) and a Kubernetes setup, so it is technically possible. But the details of maintenance, updates and pricing have to be discussed with our team case by case.
No. Customers use the LINE they already have — they can view rooms, check availability and send a booking request right in the chat, or open the LINE Mini App that runs inside LINE itself. They're signed in automatically with LINE, with no new account to register.
No. You pay only the monthly service fee for your plan. However many bookings come through the system, no commission is deducted per booking.
No. The system temporarily locks the room type record and counts overlapping bookings before writing the real record. If the room type is full it rejects that booking, even if several customers tap at the very same second. The system also assigns the room unit automatically, picking the lowest-numbered available room.
Yes, immediately — no need to wait for the originally booked date.
You configure it yourself — set the maximum number of pets per booking and the fee per pet per night. Set the fee to 0 for no charge; set the maximum to 0 for no pets.
Yes, you can set a separate weekend rate. The system applies the weekend rate to Friday and Saturday nights automatically and the standard rate to other nights, and it adds extra guest fees and pet fees for you.
There is a Channel Manager module connecting to Channex to push availability, rates and selling conditions (ARI) to OTAs and pull bookings back into the system automatically. But it is a separate module and is not automatically included in the Starter/Pro plans — please ask our team.
Yes. Screens stay in sync in real time. That said, per-role access permissions are still in development — today, admin accounts within the same property all have equal permissions.
No. KuiKeng connects to your shop's existing LINE Official Account directly. Existing customers can keep messaging you on the same channel as usual.
No. KuiKeng answers only from your shop's real data. Prices and stock are pulled straight from the shop database. If it can't find the information it won't guess, and a relevance threshold keeps unrelated information out of its answers. On top of that, a platform-level rule forbids the bot from claiming product benefits beyond the information the shop provided.
Yes. Customers can pick products, add to cart, enter their address and confirm the order entirely in the chat, with cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method. Prices and product names are recorded at the time of ordering, and stock is deducted when the order is confirmed, with protection against double-selling.
Yes, for service businesses such as spas or clinics. The system checks real availability, and you set weekly opening hours and how many appointments you can take per time slot. But booking has to be enabled for your shop first, because it is off by default.
You are charged extra based on actual usage, or you can upgrade to a larger plan. An "AI message" is counted per bot reply.
Yes, a 3-month minimum term. After that you can renew monthly, and you can cancel by telling our team through the LINE Official Account.
Right now there are no promotions, discount codes or free gifts, and no buy-one-get-one or retroactive deals. Prices are as published for each plan. What we do give free is a free demo, so you can see the bot actually working before you decide. For enterprises or multi-branch businesses, you can discuss pricing terms with our team directly.
Any time. When you have new products, price changes or extra brand information, just tell our team and we'll keep the knowledge base up to date — at no extra cost.
Just message us. Our Thai team replies during working hours.
