Where we stand

We are not telling you to drop OTAs

OTAs are still useful for finding new guests — people who have never heard of your property mostly come across you for the first time on Agoda or Booking.com.

What Naya PMS does is make sure that returning guests book directly through LINE instead of going back and paying the commission all over again — these people already know your property, so there is no reason to keep paying anyone to find them for you.

If you want to sync both ways, there is a separate Channel Manager module.

Channel Manager

If you want full OTA sync

Push out

Availability, rates and selling restrictions (ARI — Availability, Rates, Restrictions) go out to the OTAs automatically on a schedule.

Pull in

New bookings, modifications and cancellations from the OTAs come into the system automatically, both by webhook and by scheduled pull.

Manage it from inside the system

A channel management screen (IFrame) — you manage the OTA connections from within the system without needing a Channex account of your own.

No booking gets lost

Backed by a queue (RabbitMQ) — if the far end goes down for a while, the booking is not lost.
