The problem

Shops selling on LINE hit the same things every day

Messages after hours go unanswered

A customer messages at 2am or on a day off. By the time they get a reply they've changed their mind or gone to another shop.

You can't keep up while ads are running

Lots of customers message at once during a promotion. One admin can't reply fast enough and customers slip away.

Repeat questions eat the whole day

How much is it, is it in stock, how many days for delivery, how do I use it — answered dozens of times a day.

Answers don't match each other

It depends on which admin replies, which confuses customers and costs the shop credibility.

Customers wait too long and go elsewhere

A competitor replies faster, and the customer who was waiting quietly disappears.

You don't know what customers ask most

The conversations sit in the chat and nowhere else, so there's no data behind your stock and marketing decisions.

The most important point

The bot answers only from your shop's real data

The number one fear people have about an AI chatbot is that it will make things up — here is how the system prevents that.

1

The customer asks

The system reads both the current message and the conversation history.

2

It searches your shop's real data

Prices and stock come straight from the shop database.

3

It filters for relevance

Retrieved material that doesn't relate to the question is dropped.

4

It composes the answer

From that material only, not from the AI's own memory.

If it finds nothing, the bot does not guess

It states honestly that it doesn't have that information yet and offers to put the customer through to an admin — and if the meaning-based search comes up empty, the system falls back to a keyword search so the customer isn't met with silence.

When the AI service is down

The bot replies with a polite status message. No raw data or error text is ever pushed out to the customer.

Product information comes only from the shop

Ingredients, benefits, how to use, precautions — taken from the documents and data the shop provided, not from the AI's general knowledge.

Platform-level rules the shop cannot override

The bot may not claim product benefits beyond the information the shop provided, may not disclose internal system information, and keeps message length short enough to stay readable on LINE.

What this means for the business: you don't have to worry that the bot will give out wrong information and cause damage — quoting the wrong price, saying an item is in stock when it's sold out, or stating benefits the shop never claimed.

Intent understanding

10 things the bot tells apart on its own

This is not a bot answering fixed keywords. It works out what the customer wants and picks a fitting way to answer.

IntentWhat the bot does
Asking to see the product listSends the product list as swipeable cards (carousel).
Asking about one specific productMatches the product name even when the customer doesn't type it exactly, then sends that product's card and details.
Searching for a product by needFor example "which sunscreen suits oily skin" or "a cream under 500" — it understands both descriptive needs and stated budgets.
Asking about brand knowledge and shop policyIngredients, how to use, shipping fee, delivery time, payment methods, whether a tax invoice can be issued.
Asking about the shopShop name, opening hours, address, contact channels, map.
Asking to see the cartSummarises the selected items with the total.
Asking about order historyRecent orders with number, status, date and total, plus a cancel button for orders that can still be cancelled.
Shipment trackingA vertical timeline: order received → confirmed → shipped → delivered, with the date and time of each step.
Greetings and small talkReplies in a friendly way and steers back to product questions.
Out-of-scope questionsDeclines politely and brings the conversation back to the shop.

The sharpest example: the system clearly separates a question about shop policy from a question about the customer's own order status — a customer who asks how many days delivery takes gets the shop's shipping policy, not their own order pulled up for the wrong question.

Ordering in chat

Customers can close the sale themselves, without waiting for an admin to total it up

Pick a product from a card → add to cart → choose the quantity → view the cart and total → check out and type the address → review the summary → confirm, and get an order number straight away.

  • The shipping address is remembered so the customer doesn't retype it next time.
  • Price and product name are locked at the moment of ordering — if the shop changes the price later, the existing order doesn't change with it.
  • Stock is deducted when the order is confirmed, which stops one item from being sold twice when customers order at the same moment.
  • Customers can cancel in the chat while the order hasn't shipped (with a two-step confirmation) and stock is returned automatically.
  • Order numbers are easy to read, e.g. ORD-20260731-0001, and the shop can switch ordering on and off itself.

Payment is cash on delivery (COD) — the system does not take online payment in the chat yet, and the shipping fee is a flat rate the shop sets itself.

Admins stay in full control

KuiKeng doesn't replace your admins, it takes work off their plate

The shop still controls every conversation through the inbox in the admin screens.

  • See every conversation between the bot and customers — text, images, stickers and files.
  • Turn the bot on or off in one click — when it's off, every customer message waits for an admin to answer.
  • A separate image tab for when customers send a payment slip or a product photo.
  • The inbox updates itself every few seconds, so there's no refresh button to press.

Set the bot persona yourself

Your business type · persona (tone, pronouns, level of formality) · canned messages for greetings and out-of-scope cases — if you set nothing at all, the system uses tuned defaults.

Thai–English automatically

It detects the language the customer writes in and replies in that language, and product data can be stored in both — the shop doesn't need an English-speaking admin on staff.

What can go into the knowledge base

Product data · structured in-depth attributes (benefits / ingredients / how to use / precautions) · brand knowledge documents · shop policies · the shop's own FAQ.

Appointment booking

Spas, massage shops, clinics — a service catalog, real availability checks, weekly opening hours, and capacity per time slot. Off by default, it has to be enabled first.

In-depth reports

Daily usage volume over the last 7/30/90/180/365 days · estimated cost in baht · intent data — you can see what customers ask about most.

Multiple shops, multiple branches

Each shop has its own LINE OA, data is isolated in several layers down to the database level, and access permissions are split by role.

Who it's for

It fits these businesses best

Great fit

  • Online shops that sell on LINE and get customer messages regularly
  • Small shops without an admin on chat at all hours
  • SMEs with heavy chat traffic that want to lighten the load on admins
  • Businesses with many products that want the information to be consistent every time
  • Beauty and skincare businesses whose customers ask in depth about ingredients and how to use them
  • Service businesses that take appointments, such as spas, massage shops and clinics
  • Businesses with foreign customers, because the bot answers in Thai or English automatically
  • Multi-branch or multi-brand businesses that want central management with separated data

Not a fit yet

Businesses that don't use LINE as their main channel

Today KuiKeng runs on LINE only. Facebook Messenger, Instagram and TikTok are not supported yet.

Businesses that need the bot to take online payment in the chat

The ordering system mainly supports cash on delivery (COD).

Real-world example

A skincare shop selling on LINE — a customer messages at midnight asking "do you have a serum that helps with acne marks, budget under 800". The bot understands both the need and the budget, and sends product cards that match, with reasons drawn from the shop's real ingredient data. The customer adds to cart and confirms the order that same night. The next morning the admin finds the order already waiting in the system.

Current limitations, stated honestly

What KuiKeng doesn't do, or can't do yet.

  • No online payment in the chat — the ordering system mainly supports cash on delivery (COD).
  • Appointment booking is off by default and has to be enabled for the shop before customers can book through the chat.
  • Customer-side document upload is not switched on yet — for now our team loads the data into the knowledge base for you.
  • Runs on LINE only — Facebook Messenger, Instagram and other chat channels are not supported yet.
  • There is no self-service online signup and payment — signing up goes through a conversation with our team.
  • No resellers — we are not taking reseller applications at this time.
  • There is no public customer review page yet — the best way to judge it is a free demo.
  • No storefront and no on-site service, it is an online service throughout.
