2. Scope of Service
MuTeeNai is a "Logistics of Belief" platform providing knowledge (Phase 1), ritual proxy services (Phase 2), and an amulet marketplace (Phase 3). We act as a facilitator connecting users with temples and service providers.
3. Disclaimers
- Spiritual Nature: We provide administrative and logistics convenience. We do not guarantee "success" or any supernatural results from prayers or rituals.
- Information Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, information regarding temples, prayers, or operating hours may change without prior notice.
- Ritual Services: For proxy ritual services, we perform according to established Standards of Procedure (SOP). We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or third-party actions.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments for premium services must be made via designated channels. The company reserves the right not to issue refunds once ritual operations have commenced, except in cases of direct error by the company's system or staff.
5. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use the application for illegal purposes or to submit content that disparages religious beliefs or individual faiths in an offensive manner.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
